A marvellous choice of modern caravans for hire, with heating throughout.
Comfortable and well equipped and placed in the most attractive setting. With all the facilities and amenities associated with Newlands Holidays: pools, mini-market, restaurant and adventure play areas for the children. Due to these unprecedented times please check with reception which facilities are open.
Our caravans are 4/6 berth with one double bedroom, a twin room and a pull out double sofa bed in the living area.
There's a choice of 5 models, the Seaton, Bridport, Regis, Broadchurch and Ottery.
Facilities
All caravans have TV, full gas cookers, fridges, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The Bridport and Seaton are 10ft wide whilst the Regis, Broadchurch and Ottery are 12ft. Each of our caravans have a gas fire, have heating throughout and are double glazed with outdoor tables and chairs provided. The Ottery also has an en suite toilet.
Caravans are sited at the top of park amid landscaped grounds where you'll enjoy spectacular countryside views across the valley.

- Pet friendly & pet free units available. The Bridport, Broadchurch and Ottery caravans are all pet free. The Seaton and Regis caravans are pet friendly.

What's included: All bedding, linen and power services. Towels and tea towels are not provided in any lodges during these unprecedented times.
Beds will be made up unless you are bringing your own bed linen, in which case please inform us so that we may remove it for your convenience. Please note that promotional bookings do not include bed linen.
"Clean, friendly and professionally run"
We stayed in a caravan at the top of the hill, parking right next to us. The caravan was clean, tidy and aired on the day we arrived which was quiet hot.
We ate twice in the restaurant, good selection of food and as veggies we were well catered for.
