What's included in all Lodges: All bedding, linen and power services. Beds will be made up unless you are bringing your own bed linen, in which case please inform us so that we may remove it for your convenience. Lodges are centrally heated with additional fire in the lounge. Towels and tea towels are not provided in any lodges during these unprecedented times. Free Family Swim Pass. Please see our reduced inventory in case you wish to bring extra items.
The Somerset Lodge
These luxurious 5/6 berth lodges, have a master bedroom with an en-suite shower and toilet, 2 twin bedded rooms, family bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen with integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and gas cooker. Widescreen TV in the comfortable lounge which leads to the decked exterior with seating. Towels included. FREE FAMILY SWIM PASS
The Hampshire Lodge
6 berth lodges, master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower and toilet, 2 twin rooms, family bathroom with shower, full kitchen with integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and gas cooker. The Cornwall Lodge
6 berth, 3 bedrooms (one double room and two twin rooms), family bathroom,en suite to master, full kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher,large fridge/freezer, dining area, lounge, TV, individual decking with seating. Towels included. FREE FAMILY SWIM PASS.

"Fantastic"
We have just returned from another great holiday at Newlands, it was our 8th visit and we are never disappointed. When we first visited Newlands in 1995 it was our daughters first holiday and the holiday we have just had our daughter and partner came with us and also our little grandson for his first holiday. The Somerset lodge was wonderful, and so clean and fresh, luxury. Staff very good and it is in a wonderful location. Thank you, many memories made at Newlands.
